Return Policy

Digital products
Our digital journals are delivered as instant downloads to your email address and are accessible immediately after purchase. Because digital files cannot be returned once delivered, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital purchases.

Physical products
If you are not satisfied with your physical product, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to the original payment method.
